I regularly order at Dominoes and was pretty faithfull to the brand until one night the food came very uncooked. I called and they apologized to me and the girl on the phone literally yelled to her manager and asked her what to do. They told me I need to tell them to bake it longer every time I order pasta Then told me they would give me a $10 credit. I was satisfied until I went in on my next order and it was never put in as a credit. I'm now very pick about what I order from them now and will be ordering Pizza Hut more often.
