Company that truly wants to pioneer the customer satisfaction experience. As with most small businesses having a staff that is flexible excels this. A challenging market very few are aware of it's intricacies. Klocke has a very knowledgeable staff.
I worked there for about a week through a temporary agency Kelly. Most workers are from temp agencies. I was assembling packages and boxes for 5 days. It was manageable work, but on the 6th day I was put on the conveyor where I had to collect packages from the fast moving conveyer and collect them by counting 25. I am currently recovering from a broken wrist and could not keep up with the pace. As soon as I asked to accommodate me with a different job, I was immediately told to clock out and leave. They do not treat you ad humans, but as robots. They demand non-stop production for $10 an hour. You will be exhausted after a week of work. Joe the manager always smiled to me and then threw me out into the street like thash.
