I really don t care if this affects your purchase from this company or not but i have to document it if not this will keep going on. My time working there wasn t good. My supervisor, Anthony, would show up drunk from the night before, Yes intoxicated and the people from the front office would do nothing about it. The employees are the one s that suffered, the manager s just wanted to make their money/parts with little to no care of their employees. This might be a good company to buy from but not a good company to work for. Supervisor would make employees work out of fear.

I worked there for over 9 months and they screwed me out of my production bonus when i quit.... I gave them a 2 week notice and worked till the last day. Did everything right. I earned the bonus and they did not give it to me. If they are going to treat employees like this over a lousy 50.00 gift card that they earned i wonder how they treat their customers or suppliers

fantastic company, we purchased 2 doors several years ago from amazon, they were easy to install and worked very well, but after time the hinges were not rebounding and the doors were not closing tightly, after one phone call and a quick video of the problem, they explained that the hinges have been changed with the new model and sent us 2 brand new doors, that is a great company with fantastic customer service!!!

Glad I no longer work for this company. Supervisors, management, HR will lie to you about employee reviews to material you need to do your job. They don't pay their employees enough either I found out after leaving this place and finding similar work. Females be warned they keep a supervisor who collects sexual harassment claims one I know of personally 2 others that I've heard of, you would think that would merit termination wrong I guess the company wants that liability risk. That same supervisor is the reason I walked out after going to HR and them doing nothing and saying I would have to kiss his ass to get my raise that was already approved (supposedly) after getting into an argument with this ex Federal inmate who actually brags about doing 10 or more years real life accomplishment right. That same supervisor harassed and threatened me although not sexually which is why even though I quit and walked out Department of Labor gave me my unemployment and said I quit with just cause.

Great service. Also comfortable setting the job is somewhat easy you just have to get a hang of it. Also the bosses are helpful.
