Charlie Lim at Burns did a great job with our recent lease of a 2020 Honda Pilot. We had some electrical and battery issues with a 2017 CRV with still 1 year left on our lease. With a 1 year old we did not feel safe driving the car anymore and went to Charlie for a solution. Charlie and the Burns team helped get us into a new Honda Pilot without a hassle. This is the 2nd car we have leased with Burns through Charlie and we have been extremely happy with his attentiveness and customer service.
