Honda's service department has a great reputation, is well above the industry standard, and on point with communication and follow through.
In addition, their solid line of vehicles have NEVER given me any problems whatsoever and is the reason that the Pilot I drive presently is the 4th Honda I've owned.

I've been to other Honda dealerships around the New Orleans area with varied experiences... on one occasion, was prepared to buy that day, but walked out over negligent, rude staff.
On the contrary, the sales team at Royal Honda have grace, patience with impeccable manners. They do not hound or back you into a corner- definitely no need to dread the experience here.
