This company is very difficult to work with. Because I am polished and professional, eventually I can get them to be willing to address my needs and concerns. However, it should not take this much effort to get my rental company to be cooperative and complete the simplest requests. If I can avoid it, I will not rent from them ever again in the future. I rated a two instead of a one because they do not bother me or make any contact at all (We keep our rent paid on time) and I appreciate that. Other than that I would give them a one for poor customer service, concern, and condition of property. Side Note: I relocated to Winston Salem for a job and knew nothing about the area which is how we ended up viewing their properties. Make sure you view the house with the air conditioner off to determine if there is an infestation. I would even keep the key overnight and go back at night after the air has been off for a while. They keep the houses cold for a reason. (They almost got us but like I said I am a professional and know my rights.)
