I was trying to help an abandoned senior cat find a home; I contacted this shelter and was emailing a woman named Emily regularly. She seemed like she wanted to help and responded promptly to my emails. She told me to reach out to her in November to see if there was any space for this cat and I did. As of now, she hasn t replied to any of my emails. So much for trying to help. She wasted my time.

But if I emailed the shelter now trying to make a donation, I would probably get an email back within five minutes
