I am from Porto and have been waiting for 302/303 ...

I am from Porto and have been waiting for 302/303 for at least an hour and a half, with an elderly lady who had just missed an appointment because of the huge delay in this line, as I already asked several classes at the university because of this fact, where I have to walk about 40 minutes and do about 3.5 km whenever the service fails ... It is unacceptable that when it is raining, one has to wait hours for a bus that should appear at least frequently. When we are paying for a service, it is not to expect it to be so bad. Finally, I leave my outburst, hoping not to be the only one, hopefully change!
