DO NOT USE VIVINT. An absolute nightmare to deal with. I had the internet installed 6 days ago. It says I have a signal, but I cannot actually connect to the internet. Another tech came out and said it was an issue with the hub home and they would send someone out Monday or Tuesday at the latest. I call Monday and Vivint has no idea what is going on and cannot tell me anything about the problem or when/if a tech would be sent to the hub home. Then I have someone call me and tell me Thursday it would be fixed. I called today (Thursday) and they again have NO IDEA when a tech will be sent. They told me they would put me on a callback list which was extremely full and they may or may not call me back! I couldn't have dreamed of a worse company to do business with. Absolutely horrible. They want $60 of your hard earned money each month for this crap service. It's amazing.
