If I could rate zero I would. I walked into the location on E Nationwide Blvd Saturday Nov 23rd as I was staying in the hotel next door. The hostess up front could barely peel herself away from her phone to bring my attention to a hand written sign on her podium stating 90 minute wait. I poked my head inside to take a look and there were maybe a dozen people or so in the entire establishment. I returned to the podium to inquire why it was such a long wait with so few people there. I was given a shrug and told I m just saying what my manager told me to say . I went to the bar hoping to get a seat and quickly grab a bite to eat, but the only available spots not taken by the 6-10 patrons was not biased, and there were no employees in sight. So, I left. I m really more embarrassed for Max & Erma s presenting their product so poorly on a Saturday evening that I was disappointed I didn t get a meal that night. If I did get seated, could you imaging the quality of the food that may have been brought to me?
