We booked a room a month ago and recieved a confir...

We booked a room a month ago and recieved a confirmation number via email. When we arrived to check in, we were told that our booking wasn't good, and that there were no rooms available for us. They did not call us to inform us of this. Front desk also said that there was no available lodging within a 20 mile radius. I called around and found a room in a nice hotel just ten minutes away that was half the cost.
