Terrible customer service. I had a poor first experience with them but thought I would try again and give them the benefit of the doubt.

This time I had to get my credit card company involved as they charged my credit card the date of purchase but I received no confirmation or communication from them as to order status or shipment status. After 16 days of zero communication (after I left voice mail, and emails inquiring the status of my order) I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and what do you know I get an email later that day saying my shipment is on its way!

Never again will I do business with this company. Sorry.
