I used it only 1 day because I would only be in London 2 days. The first hour well, we got off at London Eye, then we decided to get on the same stop, because being the red route we wanted to finish it, to our surprise they did not continue with the stops that were established on the map that they delivered to us and we gave the same lap we had already taken to reach the London Eye, hoping they would continue with the stops, but they never reached beyond the London Eye, causing me to lose more than 1 hour in picadilly due to traffic. In that second bus there was no guide and it was 11 am, so there is no explanation, part of hiring this service is to listen to the guide and the stories, because their advertising is based on that "Live guides".

In general the experience was bad, we have managed to see what we wanted, but not thanks to these tourist buses.

What I will highlight is that the ticket includes a walk on the Thames, which I appreciate and for which I do not put a 1.
