Constantly get hung up on when I call in (especially during lunchtime), condescending and downright mean attitudes from staff, and charged for things I shouldn't be charged for - I was charged $25 to fax my dog's vaccination history to my dog's boarding facility. Then, another time, charged for another annual wellness exam when I was only coming back for a followup for something (my dog had her wellness exam only months before). I always have to keep an eye on the bill and dispute things because they add on all these BS charges which they admit later were added on by mistake. I'd be fine with their mildly inflated prices if they didn't add all these extra charges on top of it!

Update: I needed one last thing from them before transferring to another vet (a routine heart worm medication prescription for my dog) and they refused to call it in to her pharmacy or mail it to the pharmacy. So I have to stop by in person to pick it up and when I get here, tell me I have to bring her in to verify her weight. What a joke. They will nickel and dime you to your dog s death. GOODBYE.
