So I spoke on the phone with Peter Karwaki about a used 2011 volkswagen golf tdi manual transmission. He states the price was $12,200 not including tag title and doc fees. I told him I could go elsewhere for the same car for $11,000 he stated that he would honor that price and to come in. I came in and a salesman Lawerance James stated he would help me out and when we got to the vehicle it was in the shop and was needing to be tinted. The vehicle had a huge crack in the windshield and he couldn't find the keys to test drive it. Instead he wanted to run numbers and do the deal with out me even test driving it. I agreed to do the numbers and he stated the price was $12,200 and they wanted 4k down prior to running my credit. To me that is poor business and a bait and switch. I went to leave and some no name was trying to save the deal and wouldn't honor the first price. I am apauled and discussed with this dealership and will never go back. What they did is almost criminal.
