Spoke to several different staff members on the phone before making it to the shop - all were incredibly helpful and willing to spend the time giving good advice. In store I was served by Charlie who was excellent and very patient. Given I was purchasing my first turntable, amp and speakers I hugely appreciated Charlie taking time to explain the whole setup to me and which pieces of kit were the best value etc. I got to hear several different speakers in store which helped hugely with my decision and at the end of it all they were able to offer me an excellent deal on buying all 3 bits of kit with cables etc. Consistently the best customer service I believe I have had in the UK and would hugely recommend the store and the team to anyone who needs any advice or peace of mind on purchasing any Hi-Fi equipment.
