We chose Matt Laricy to be our realtor to help sell our condo, and move into a single family home in June 2020. The whole experience, from beginning to end, was fantastic. From the buy side, Matt provides an incredible amount of information to ensure you are the most informed buyer. We never once felt pressure to put an offer in, as some realtors may be keen to do. From the sell perspective, WOW! His team goes above and beyond to once again ensure you are the most informed about what is going on. From the communication and feedback on the showings to weekly emails updating you on how Matt is managing your property and what he's doing for you behind the scenes (calls, marketing, etc.). The major differentiating factor was when we went under contract on both properties. This is where most realtors drop out of the process, and leave you standing high and dry to manage the process through to close. Matt employs a full time staff who project manage the checklist to help you get to close. This was so smooth, and every week Jamie from his team checked in on us to make sure all was progressing, provide updates, and help through any issues. This is an all-star team through and through.
