Beware. Horrible hotel. First off, we had several issues in the room. They sent someone up to fix them but I wouldn't expect to have to do that in an expensive room like this. The beds are hard and squeak with every small movement and there are no towel holders in The bathroom. The staff in the store next to the lobby were extremely rude. The restaurants are extremely overpriced ($15 For a basic burger) and the pool staff very rude. The only positive experience was the concierge lady and the staff that checked me in. I travel quite a bit for business and I've never had an experience like this but unfortunately it's a lot harder to change hotels with the family. I'm considering canceling the rest of my Marriott stays and going to another chain after this experience.
