I am thorougly appalled at the level of service I have recieved from this company. I initially ordered an iPad from them, as I thought they were a legitimate company and that it was a good deal. Next thing I know, I recieve an email with my order number, saying that it will take a maximum of 10 working days to dispatch. This was not made clear to me before the purchase.

I Googled the company and read the reviews, including some written by people who said that even after their 10th working day the order was delayed due to "quality checks"! Concerned, I tried to call the company but their line was always busy. I emailed them asking why they did not make it clear that the dispatch was such a lengthy process and got a generic "it's in our terms and conditions" response. Basically saying "we're right, you're wrong and never mind your concerns". I can't be expected to know every detail in their small print. In fact, the FAQ says that orders are usually dispatched within 5 - 7 working days, so it's as though they deliberately mislead us.

It is the 10th working day and I have heard nothing about my order. I told them that I would need an immediate refund if there were further delays, as I urgently need an iPad and will have to order from elsewhere. They seem to be dancing around it, and I can see them taking over a month to refund me as they have done to other according to the reviews. Google should take them down, they are not legitimate.
