I am a professional oboist in southeast and southwest Florida. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Cadence Music to have my instrument repaired. From the moment I walked into the shop, I felt welcomed and at home. The staff is extremely courteous and are eager to help you with your needs. My instrument was repaired by Todd H., a wonderful tubist and absolute wizard of a repair person! I provided a list of issues I was encountering and he followed it to the letter checking everything I listed, while correcting issues that I did not list. Words will never be enough to thank him for his ability, talent, and zest for musical instruments to be in tip-top shape! I was also able to see the other repair technicians hard at work, diligently and respectfully handling the instruments in their charge. Very few shops of Cadence Music s quality exist and in my opinion, they should be the standard by which others are measured.
