Always RESPONDS to questions about policy and makes it very understandable

Would definitely not recommend. Cannot complete a simple insurance quote like every other insurance broker around. Very rude service. Unable to obtain accurate information. Would rather spend a week or 2 filling out forms then doing a license number check to give an accurate quote.

Cheryl and Stacey have been amazing! Cheryl has so much home and auto insurance knowledge and took the time to go through the coverage in detail with me. When she was away she automatically forwarded my emails to be taken care of by a co-worker Stacey who was so helpful in getting my auto insurance processed last minute!
