A little upset that when we called the day before ...

A little upset that when we called the day before they made it seem that my grandmother would get a private room, that it wouldn't be an issue. The next day guess what? No private room available. We would have picked a different place if we knew that she wouldn't get a private room from day one. I'm surprised they even have non private rooms in this day and age. Just my 2 cents.
