Read the legal paperwork and stick to it as you likely will have problems with this company.

For whatever reason they require certified checks to pay for everything or force you through a third party online billing company that charges something like $25+ just to pay your rent.

I had a summary eviction compliant filed against me. So there's that. They've also shown up on my credit report as a "new account" - so that's interesting...

Had an issue with mold that began to affect my health. Excessive moisture was observed in the house, but I figured the house didn't have insulation and needed to "breathe".
That's normally handled by the fireplace, but they had blocked that up. Great. Whatever, house had heat & good enough, or so I thought.

Mold grew from behind the walls within several months. I evacuate the place as mold is now growing on every paper or wood products in the house! Come to find out, there's standing water in the crawl space for WEEKS at a time.

They pin all responsibility for the property on you, and provide the property "AS IS" - better have someone who knows building code to go with you if you're looking at renting ANY of their properties.
