I am for my part so far very satisfied with this insurance. My labrador a year has a few months of worries requiring many analyzes and insurance has hitherto always supported repayments within the time. Obviously some things are not refunded because I have an intermediate insurance and not complete but everything is in accordance with the contract that I signed.
I happened to contact customer service and I also found the person on the phone friendly.
