Hotel doesn't seem to be maintaining the property like they used to. Service is good at front desk, still. The room rates are very high for what you get. The rooms need a thorough cleaning, especially the carpet. Since we were in the Tower room, it should have been much better as they are the newest rooms. The buffet used to be really great, but it was pretty dismal, this time. Ended up going to Cadillac Jacks, and had a great Prime Rib dinner for about the same price as the buffet. Would we stay here again? Probably not. It used to be our go-to place, and we always looked forward it. The Lobby was smokier than before, and the filtered water on the drink stations is no longer filtered, has a strong chlorine smell and taste. Yuck!
