We had some issues with the scheduling & wait time as well as services that were not done to our expectation, but both issues were handled remarkably well. Ron gave me a call to explain that they offer solutions to both issues that I was just unaware of. I am incredibly impressed with their promptness and kindness when handling issues. It is not everyday that you get companies that actually value your feedback and really do all that they can to resolve issues. A+ for that aspect of their business. Thanks Ron!
