Not recommended. Vivint is overpriced and they lock you into a 5-year contract that you can't get out of. They also charge you $99 if you want to remove a feature,which is apparently hidden in the small print (still haven't found it). We also had to pay a $75 fine due to false alarms because they only call one number, even though we have my wife and Mom's numbers on the account as backup. Really looking forward to cancelling at the end of my contract.
