I would like to share with everyone the worse experience I ve had when it comes to customer service. I just renewed my lease with this company and of course a misunderstanding with our rent amount came up and We contacted Camillo through email to get an answer and we got a response from TABATHA SMITH who just told us our rent amount per month, so I called her in order to get a better answer so while I was speaking to TABATHA SMITH and of course we had different point of views and she started talking down to me, and acting up because we don t agree with their mistake in the lease agreement renewal. I decided to end the conversation and move on to my options because it s not right that they can do whatever they want with their residents.
