We purchased a coffee table, end table and 3 nesting tables 18 months ago. We have recently noticed the finish in the corners are all peeling and separating. One of the tables have crack lines in the corner and there's a white line underneath one of the nesting tables. I went to Darvin and they gave me the warranty email. They in turned sent me to their customer care. I sent detailed photos of all the issues. They finally called me back and said that there was nothing they could do. They considered it "Wear and Tear". Seriously, on 18 month old tables? I even tracked down the mfg. of the tables to at least get touch up paint, which is what I would of settled on. I call this poor workmanship on the mfg. end. To be told they considered it wear and tear is an insult. It's too bad Darvin won't take responsibility for the manufactures who's products they sell. We spent $8000 within a 6 month period. I'm afraid to see what they will look like in another year or two. Very dissapointed. I've been in customer service all my life and I've always been told to make the moment right for my customers.
