Unfortunantly I had a very unpleasant treatment when boarding today the plane to Amsterdam (8:45). The lady at the gate was very impolite and pushed me aside to let other people pass me because I could not find my boarding pass. I think a normal tone would have been more appropriate by simply ask me to step aside. Anyway, found my boarding pass inside my passport and only took 10 extra seconds - incredible how stressed this woman must have been since she had to push someone aside..
