I ordered a phone on 19/02/19 and then read review...

I ordered a phone on 19/02/19 and then read reviews and emailed straight away to cancel my payment and my order, I was emailed back on the morning of the 20th and was told the cancellation department would be in touch within 24 hours. I was also told my refund may take 30 days to process and so I rang and waited 45 minutes to finally get through to someone (do they only have one person answering calls?). I was told on the phone that the cancellation department would call me on the morning of the 21st. I also asked how long it would take to get my money back and was told that my money had already been transferred into their account so may take 30 days to get it back, how come my money is transferred to their accounts in less than a day but my money takes a month to be refunded?
