Very similar to other negative reviews. Ordered a phone in the run up to Christmas but very quickly became clear it wouldn't be delivered in time. No communication so cancelled order. Promised refund in 14 working days. No refund and then stopped replying to my emails. Fortunately AMEX were brilliant so didn't end up out of pocket and Amazon came to the rescue with the phone. Sometimes deals are too good to be true. Avoid this shower like the plague!
