I did not purchase my GTI from LHM but stopped by for some service while in Phoenix today and had a great experience. Service technician was nice and courteous and also the salesman I spoke to. Larry had me contemplating a new GTI but didn't have what I was looking for available and also partial to my current setup. Otherwise, service was quick and was at no charge. Excellent experience.
