The salesperson Patrick in Pleasanton was great to work with. We did have some issues at the start of my Spa installation. When I received my Spa it had some scratches on the Spa panels. I notified the company. They had no problem sending the replacement parts as soon as I filled the warranty. A month later, the motor pump went out. I called customer service who refer me to service company closest to my area. Note: Please make sure to check how far your service rep is located. Mine is far and they will charge you travel fee if not covered in your warranty time frame. Mine was this time. The replacement part was 2 1/2 weeks out. When Charles from Coastside Services came to repair and replace the motor. He did a fantastic job. He provided great information what to check for and to maintain Spa. Ever since Charles fixed our Spa, we have not had any problems. We enjoy our Therapool D!
