My family rented a home with this company in 2018. We had nothing but positive experiences from the initial application process through the end of our time in the home. Maintenance requests were handled quickly. The staff was friendly. We needed to end our lease before the 12 months was up and they do not have a lease break option so I posted ads until I found someone who could take over the lease. It took a couple of months but someone came along and the transition was quick and easy. One of the best rental experiences I've had. No complaints.
