I have been a customer since February 2020 ???? Never received a contract or insurance certificate, I haven't stopped calling for months: I had to travel 1300 km in June to come back from Spain without ANYTHING. On the other hand, my monthly payment is taken every month, I kept calling: the house says yes and that's ALL: NOTHING !!! All summer nothing worked out in November I ran into a young man who listened to part of my complaint: my 76-year-old brother "has received an ECA contract? "But with the November confinement, I still haven't returned to Bordeaux: but still not to date any insurance certificate !!! I am completely illegal with the law needless to say at 71 the effect it has on my balance. No contact person: leave us a message, we will call you back: they did not even have the idea to send me the 2021 certificate. I have to present an insurance certificate to the gendarmerie who checked me in order to be able to drive and return to Bordeaux: no answer on the phone: an unspeakable mess. It is mid January 2021 and I will have to pay for new insurance to obtain an insurance certificate !!! I don't know who is the boss of this unmanned ship: but I only encounter silence, incompetence, and I get NOTHING. So I am informing ECA with this notice, perhaps I would understand: your direct debits will be rejected at the end of January 2021 for my contract at the beginning of 2020. A large Boxon, nothing but a large Boxon!
