I won t even give one star to this pl Englewood Lexus service...total ripoff... my car was over heating & went to this place fr my car service... fr over heating they told me to change whole engine..it gonna cost me $ 14000. I said no I don t have that much money.. then he came up with old engine he got .. he said he can do $5500. He took me to mechanic, said same thing they all connected..cost me $200 just to open up the hood... & tell lie to me... i paid $200 have no choice they won t let me, take my car... after that went to local mechanic.. he checked my car & said ur radiator fan not working, I bought fan fr $140 & labor charge $80 total $220. Repeat do not go there... Englewood Lexus Sevice Center
