Got amazing experience for room . EXCEPT one staff...

Got amazing experience for room . EXCEPT one staff server from the lounge while getting our drink was very rude and agressive during the week. (Tall skinny blonde young lady ) .
Pacific Rims should have some standard at this hotel, and she gave me bad comment just in front of my wife. Felt humiliated. Was very bad and unfortunately we need to post a bad review just because of it.

All other staff was very nice . Room service very friendly . Rooms are extremely clean, We did not filed a complained , but please watch your staff, as we came from Fairmont Malaysia, and never had any staff as this horrible person.
