Like most people, I don't normally enjoy the car-buying experience, the negotiation game , none of it. I made it clear to my Internet Sales Manager that I wanted to negotiate over the phone, agree on a price, and come in and sign. Karim Tejani paid close attention to what I said and delivered a perfect car buying experience, with no surprises. Even Finance was great, no hard sells, just carefully explained the terms, I signed, and we were done, just as promised.
