It takes a lot to leave me speechless...but Cafe Boulud did just that. I started with a White Cosmopolitan. The drink boasts an ice cube with a flower frozen inside...clever! As the ice melted, I suddenly had a full flower in my glass! The drink was mixed perfectly. The Mahi was beyond delicious. I m still unsure what wizardry was used to create such an incredible combination of flavors both atop and within, but it was divine! Perfectly prepared. As for dessert, the madeleines were little puffs of Heaven!
Be sure to request a table outside by the fountain...the looming palm trees are the perfect accessory to an already stunning aesthetic. What a lovely evening in Palm Beach!
