Made a service appointment with Electrolux. Was told that appointment confirmed for technician to come to my place on 26 March at 2 to 6pm. Called Electrolux at 5pm to check if technician is on the way: informed that technician did not get notified of the appointment. Terrible - Electrolux, people have to take leave to be at home waiting for your non-existent appointment. AVOID their products - after sales service is clearly not a priority.
