While the hotel was adequate, I looked at my credit card online following and noticed that they overcharged me by $2400. When I called, I talked to the general manager who promised me he would take care of it and call me back personally. I did not receive a call from him, but did receive a call from Irene their bookeeper. First she called and told me I was due a refund of 1100. As she was too lazy to produce some type of financial reckoning, I had to put together a list of all of the confirmations with pricing and provide that to them. So.....she sends me an email telling me that I am due a refund, still no paperwork showing how they fraudulently made charges, and told me that it would take up to 2 weeks to receive a refund from my credit card company. I asked for a. Credit authorization number and received nothing. I called the general manager and received no call back. I would not recommend this to anyone as at this point I have no idea if this was in any way criminal in nature. Stay clear would be my advice.
