Unlike the obvious fake reviews under the names of Claire Brown and Dave Martin I am a genuine tenant of Blake House. I couldn't recommend this place more highly. There is a significant lack of quality office space in York, especially co-working and hot desking. These guys are miles better than the rest, they go the extra mile, security is good, never had any problems, the internet is fast (100 meg up and down - you can opt for faster private packages if you want), Katie and Wendy know all their tennants by name and they are always arranging networking events and social gatherings, Katie especially always goes the extra mile to look after everyone. I think the bulk of the reviews on here being 5 stars tells the real story! If you can get a desk or office in here you are lucky!
