I ve never been lucky enough to be a tenant here (I m too far away) but had a tour around the place some time ago. The facilities and atmosphere are outstanding. The one star reviews are fake, from someone with a grudge against the company. Ask the actual tenants their views....

Great office environment and extremely helpful staff.

We had a positive experience using your meeting room - the premises are clean, user friendly and staff are helpful and friendly.

It was lovely having office space at the Blake House. We had offices in the Blake House on Blake Street first and then on St Martin's Lane ( as we needed bigger space) and both had been great. Met lovely people, enjoyed the office banter during the breaks. Never had any problems with internet or post! All worked absolutely fine. Really recommend it!

I have used and visit Blake House over the last 5 years and cannot recommend it highly enough. Fantastic, stylish facilities and the perfect home for your business.

Well said Robert, we left Blake house last year as we had very similar problems. Suspect you will have issues receiving your bond back, we did for no valid reason.

In the 12 months we have been in a tenancy with Blake house we have had our post stolen on a regular basis, no internet or poor speeds on a good day and a general concern for our safety in a building that has very poor security.

We love our York Virtual Office. Amazing location, building and support staff. It's one bit of my business that is stress free.

Unlike the obvious fake reviews under the names of Claire Brown and Dave Martin I am a genuine tenant of Blake House. I couldn't recommend this place more highly. There is a significant lack of quality office space in York, especially co-working and hot desking. These guys are miles better than the rest, they go the extra mile, security is good, never had any problems, the internet is fast (100 meg up and down - you can opt for faster private packages if you want), Katie and Wendy know all their tennants by name and they are always arranging networking events and social gatherings, Katie especially always goes the extra mile to look after everyone. I think the bulk of the reviews on here being 5 stars tells the real story! If you can get a desk or office in here you are lucky!

Excellent service and a great place to work. The one star reviews seem to be from Google accounts solely created to place negative reviews here. Reviews posted just after the accounts were created and the accounts haven't placed reviews anywhere else. I've had absolutely no issues with the lovely staff at Blake House. Katie and Wendy are always extremely professional. They go above and beyond to provide excellent service.

Blake House is an amazing place to work - Katie and Wendy always go the extra mile to make sure everything in the building is the best it can possibly be!

I would LOVE an office here one day. It just leaves me in awe how beautiful and desirable it is. There's even a bathroom and kitchen on the top floor. My jaw dropped when I saw it - it's motivation to work harder and aim to have an office here if not just for the bathroom and kitchen on the top floor.

I d give it more stars if I could, a fantastic building, beautiful decor. A very happy and warm feeling from the minute you walk in. Staff are always helpful & friendly. If you are looking for an office or office services in York. Look no further, this is your place.
