Bad service, bad experience.
I m really upset, this hotel is Expensive because the service doesn t work it, nobody told us how the room works, room service delayed, one day they didn t make up my room and when I arrived at 9:30pm and it was dirty and the staff told me this is your fault because your line was shining, the light that no body told us was to ask don t clean the room.
The worst is the manager or person in charge was laughing about me, her name is HIROMI N. And she was laughing with the other girl in front desk SAPAN T. as soon as I gave them my back, they were laughing.
I can t believe Le Meridien has this kind of service... it seems a hostel!
I hope the manager contact me.
