My granddaughter was admitted there & family was not allowed to see where the children are housed. In the 2 hrs it took us to collect her things from home & return, my granddaughter had deteriorated from relieved to lying in a fetal position & shaking. A school bully, from her school was also in patient & had already started in on my granddaughter. When asked for the admitting dr info, Peak View staff refused to provide.
Their computer system was down & granddaughter did not have an arm band, nor did they provide any copies of admission paperwork that was signed.
It is extremely uncomfortable to leave a 12yo girl in the hands of such incompetent staff.
