Terrible customer service .

Terrible customer service .
They tell u rooms should be available by 4 pm .
That s a lie !!!!
3 kids and luggage with jackets ...
We didn t know where to put stuff until rooms become available . The water park closes at 8 . So if lucky , u will have 2 h to be there !!!!
Won t recommend this place
