Yesterday Nov20 DR Humberto Machado Jr. asked me to go to Mt Sinai Hospital for a catharization because I was having chest pains. I had a catharization 2 1/2 years ago at Mt Sinai and the service and staff were excellent. This time however, it was the complete opposite. Nobody paid attention to me nor explained what was going on. I'm not even sure what was done to me. They took me to a regular room , without any explanation and after a few ours I was so upset that I left the hospital.
