Worst management EVER! Very unprofessional and rude. Not everyone that works there but NICLOE (Book keeper) especially. I contacted the office in June 27th to inform them that my roommate had tested positive for COVID-19 and that I needed to move apartments. They assured me they would be able to do so with no trouble. I immediately packed and moved to a hotel to give them time to get my new unit ready. After a week in the hotels I ask for an update. They told me they were waiting on the windows to be fixed and that would take about a week. Week 2 I contacted them for an update (while still laying nightly rates for hotels) they told me they would know something by Monday. July 18th and $1500 later they tell me that not only are they just not going to move me . Then they tell me that in order for them to move me I needed to pay a full months rent for my current apartment and another full months rent Before they could move me. Which would be over $1000.
