Poor service...orders where wrong and they served ...

Poor service...orders where wrong and they served me the wrong tea and wrong food. I request gluten free they forgot my order whilst every1 else had theirs! This is one of the worst experiences. The place itself was amazing. Think i just experienced a bad day and my service inparticular was a mess when i refused to pay the "discretionary tip i was questioned as to why?
